• Build Trust, Not Just Clients – Forge deep relationships with high-value incentive houses and corporate partners, guiding them from curiosity to commitment.
• Tell Stories That Sell – Craft irresistible pitches and proposals that make clients say, “We HAVE to work with WildChina.”
• Create Jaw-Dropping Collateral – Produce sleek brochures, cinematic videos, and presentations showcasing our most unconventional programs (e.g., CEO retreats in Tibetan monasteries, innovation workshops in terraced rice fields).
• Open Doors – Land WildChina in front of decision-makers through bold outreach, industry events, and viral marketing.

Who you are:

• Based in Shanghai or Beijing.
• A natural connector who thrives on relationships and closing deals. Fluent in both English and Mandarin or both Spanish and Mandarin.
• A creative storyteller—you turn spreadsheets into adventures and Zoom calls into inspiration sessions.
• Fearlessly proactive—you don’t wait for leads; you hunt them.
• Obsessed with details—you’ll sweat over the perfect slide deck or video cut.
• Bonus: Experience in corporate travel, MICE events, PR Agencies or luxury hospitality.
