Your mission:

Lead high-impact corporate travel programs that unite strategic purpose with creative spark. You’ll lead bespoke projects for global clients — from immersive leadership retreats to executive site visits — ensuring every journey is flawlessly planned, deeply meaningful, and seamlessly executed.

This role is based in Beijing or Shanghai.

What you’ll do:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for tailored corporate programs 
• Coordinate with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution 
• Solve complex problems with creativity, precision, and professionalism 
• Generate bold “what if?” ideas that elevate each experience 
• Build trust across stakeholders — clients, vendors, and your team 

Who you are:

• A confident communicator fluent in both Chinese and English
• A master of problem-solving and detail management
• Experienced in project or key account management (3+ years preferred)
• Skilled at aligning experiences with corporate culture and tone
• Able to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking
