Inbound Project Manager

We’re looking for an Inbound Project Manager — someone who thrives at the intersection of logistics and culture, and knows how to turn ambitious ideas into impactful experiences for international guests in China.

Your mission:

Design and deliver immersive MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) experiences that reflect the richness of China’s business culture and global relevance. Serve as a trusted “China advisor” to international clients while shaping experiences that bridge business, culture, and innovation.

This role is based in Beijing or Shanghai.

What you’ll do:

• Engage directly with international buyers and executives to create high-level inbound programs
• Break conventions across business meetings, executive retreats, cultural immersion, and tech-enabled experiences
• Design experiences using non-public venues, private access, and VIP logistics
• Facilitate cross-cultural debriefs post-program to enhance future experiences
• Represent WildChina at international conferences and industry events
• Build strong partnerships with tourism boards, cultural institutions, and commercial partners

Who you are:

• A skilled communicator — fluent in Chinese and native-level in English or another language
• Experienced in cross-cultural communication with overseas study or work background 
• Detail-focused and imaginative — able to manage both creative ideas and logistics 
• A cultural storyteller with a deep understanding of China and a passion for meaningful guest engagement
