Your mission:

• Reshape high-end corporate travel by building “walking business schools” for elite companies
• Connect with institutions like Harvard and INSEAD, as well as cross-sector leaders
• Take ideas from concept to execution in programs worth millions of RMB  

This role is based in Beijing.

What you’ll do:

• Design executive learning journeys that combine corporate insight with cultural depth 
• Collaborate with business schools to co-create leadership content 
• Identify and address client needs around cohesion, strategy, and transformation 
• Manage everything from budgets and timelines to international partner coordination 
• Build strategic partnerships with universities, chambers of commerce, and cultural experts 
• Ensure safety and sustainability standards (including ESG elements) 
• Lead post-program analysis using feedback and data to evolve the offering 

Who you are:

• Fluent in English and Chinese, with working knowledge of Portuguese, Spanish, or French preferred
• A business-minded, culturally aware professional who can think strategically and act decisively
• A well-rounded team player with experience in conferences, education, or high-end travel
• Skilled at managing time zones and collaborating with international teams
• Drawn to design thinking and inspired by new ways of solving problems
