WildChina is seeking a Hong Kong–based Experience Curator & Operations Specialist to join our growing team. With the launch of our Hong Kong operations office, this role will shape how travelers engage with the city city — through thoughtfully designed programs, seamless execution, and meaningful local connections.

Responsibilities:
Experience Design
- Develop distinctive Hong Kong programs that highlight lesser-known neighborhoods, independent creatives, grassroots initiatives, and cultural traditions
- Research, test, and refine new concepts aligned with WildChina’s standards
Operations & Quality Control
- Source, vet, and train guides and local partners
- Build and maintain SOPs to ensure consistent program delivery
- Oversee trips on the ground, troubleshoot in real time, and ensure smooth execution
Data & Product Development
- Consolidate program data, cost structures, post-trip insights, and guest feedback into a working database
- Translate insights into improved experiences and future-ready products
- Support travel designers with accurate and compelling product information
Content & Collaboration
- Work with marketing to transform on-the-ground stories into engaging digital content, pitch materials, and reports
- Contribute insights that strengthen Hong Kong’s positioning within the wider WildChina portfolio
All-Hands Support
- Assist with airport meet-and-greets or step in when operational gaps arise
- Support guides and larger group logistics as needed
- Handle practical details — large or small — with professionalism and composure
Required skills and qualifications:
- Fluency in Cantonese and English (Putonghua strongly preferred; additional languages are a plus)
- At least 3 years of experience in operations, events, media, hospitality, or premium service environments
- Deep familiarity with Hong Kong’s culture, history, and contemporary landscape
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and resolve challenges constructively
- Basic skills in video, design, or data structuring — or willingness to develop them
- Collaborative mindset and clear communication skills
- Experience with website CMS (WordPress preferred)
- Experience with SEO/AEO
