Lia Roticiani

Lia Roticiani is an Italian travel designer based in Chengdu. Her love of exploring new places led her to China, where she now designs itineraries that help other travelers get to know the country. She is particularly keen to introduce more Italians to its people, landscapes, and cultures.

Food is one of Lia’s favorite ways to explore a place. She enjoys cooking and tasting dishes from around the world, and wrote her university thesis on an early Chinese cookbook. She speaks Italian, English, and Chinese, as well as some Spanish and French, helping her connect with guests from different backgrounds.

Lia also cares deeply about animals and nature. Her belief in environmental protection and empathy shapes the way she thinks about travel and the places she hopes to share.
