Lulu’s interest in languages began with a curiosity about the people and cultures behind them. During her master’s studies in English Interpretation at Beijing Language and Culture University, she met people from around the world and saw how conversation can open up a new understanding of a place.

Now a travel designer at WildChina, Lulu brings that perspective to her work with guests. She takes time to understand what each person needs, then plans the details that help a journey feel comfortable and personal. She is especially interested in experiences that give travelers a chance to meet local people and hear their stories.

For Lulu, a carefully planned trip should still leave space for the conversations and small moments that guests remember after returning home.
